Better climate for the next generations

Better climate movement started by a girl has expanded to that of millions of people world wide within a year. Not just kids but many grown-ups, too. Simply amazing.

The climate issue is more important than the trade wars, and divisions in society. Quick spreading of the movement is the proof that that is what people generally feel in the whole world. I have kids to care about so I am in, too. The issue can be solved only via international cooperation. Now is no time for "my country first" attitude.

Strangely, there is no conspicuous movement developing in Japan. Hardly any news report on this topic. I asked my grandkids about it, but they don't know. So here I am, posting advocating posters from Japan.

Sun+moon at upper part of the poster is the symbol of the nature's 24/7 blessing. It should be passed down to the next generations without fail. Indifference of parents generation will disconnect the blessing.

70 years old, or Koki

On Sept. 20, I am 70 years old. Koki is the word for the age. Koki means rare age, for in olden days, folks generally lived up to 50.
This painting was done sometimes ago, but looks fitting for the occasion. I am the big turtle and on my back are the younger generations in my family.
