Cleansing of mind

COVID-19 is rampant all over the world. There is no vaccine and medicine to cope with it now, and the fact makes us all worry.

What we as individuals can do at this point is to maintain normal immune system of our body. To do that, sleeping well, eating well, and resting well are recommended. Ample exercise helps, too. And there is one more important thing.

It is the state of our mind. When we harbor negative feeling in mind, it becomes stress, and the stress diminishes the immune power. So try restrain from falling into negative feelings. Try cleanse the negative mind.

The negative feeling is basically self-centered thoughts. Try to direct your thought to the others. Then your mind will be like clear blue sky, free of unnecessary stress, and your immune power remains strong, which will keep you going even if you get infected.
